Design Process

Conducted a maximum of 12 months before your event, this session starts the creative direction. You will then receive a questionnaire to fill in ahead of the Design & Mood Board phase.

We’ll deliver a bespoke Mood Board tailored to your vision and venue, offering a clear representation of your event’s themes, aesthetics, and how we’ll achieve them.

Share Feedback

Provide your input, and we’ll refine the design through multiple iterations to ensure every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.

Supplier Sourcing

Choose the suppliers from our collective that fit your budget best. We’ll help finalise all these details, so you can rest knowing everything is planned to perfection.

Final Call

It’s almost here! 4-6 weeks before your event, you’ll speak to our founder, Alice, to confirm all setup and teardown logistics, including any last-minute changes or requests.
