Our Decor Hire & Stationery Collection brings together the pieces you need to style your wedding, without having to juggle lots of different suppliers or buy things you’ll only use once.

You can choose one of our ready-made Hire Studio Edits, build your own mix of decor and stationery, or have us create something completely bespoke to you. It’s designed to make the whole process feel a little easier, while giving you lots of the styling details ticked off your to-do list in one go.

We’ve created three packages — Essential, Elevated and Complete — depending on how much of your styling you’d like us to take care of. When you enquire, simply let us know which package feels like the best fit, and whether you’d like to choose an Edit, build your own or have us design something bespoke. We’ll then come back to you with a quote tailored to your plans.

Meet Sarah,

our Stationery Designer

Sarah from Sundown Paper has been designing beautiful stationery from her studio for 7 years. With a background in fashion design, she’s always pushing the boundaries of what traditional wedding stationery can be, creating bold, bright and beautiful designs that are anything but ordinary.

Her signature style makes her the perfect fit for our Hire Studio Edits, but it’s not just her talent that made her such a natural fit for Allure. Sarah is one of the loveliest people, and kindness and empathy are always right at the top of our list when it comes to the people we work with. We know how overwhelming wedding planning can feel, so having brilliant people around our couples who genuinely get that is really important to us.

Together, this collaboration is bringing something a little different to what’s already out there - combining contemporary, styled decor hire with beautifully designed stationery pieces, all in one place.

Why Our Hire Collection
Is Different

A lot of hire collections are built for volume, which is why you start to see the same pieces at wedding after wedding. Ours came together very differently.

We’ve built our collection slowly over years of styling real weddings, often because a couple was looking for something specific and we couldn’t find it anywhere - so we went out and found it ourselves.

We’ve always loved scouring little ceramic shops and homeware stores when we’re travelling, especially in European towns. Our own home is filled with beautiful objects we’ve picked up along the way, and that’s exactly how we’ve built our decor hire collection too. Lots of the pieces are handmade, a little different and not the sort of thing you’ll find in every wedding hire catalogue.

Nothing has been added just because it was easy to source. We’ve chosen pieces because we genuinely love them, could picture them in a wedding and knew they’d work alongside the rest of the collection.

And because it’s been built by stylists, the pieces naturally work together. Whether you’re building your own design or having us create the full look for you, you’re starting with pieces we already know work beautifully together - so it never feels like you’ve just picked a load of things from a catalogue.

  • It's as simple as picking a package and deciding whether you want to choose a ready made edit, or go bespoke.

    Choose what feels best for your day (or if you’re unsure our team can help guide you). Then send us your date and venue, and we'll confirm availability.

    To secure your package we take a 25% booking deposit, with the balance due six weeks before your day.

    You can collect from our Edinburgh studio or we'll drop everything at your venue, then we’ll come back to collect or you’ll drop them back to our studio.

  • Pricing depends on the scale and detail of what you're planning, guest numbers and venue location affect your pricing so please get in touch for a bespoke quote.

  • We do. We deliver across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife as standard, and we're happy to travel further if you need us to.

    Just let us know your venue when you enquire and we'll include delivery + collection in your quote.

    You're always welcome to collect from our studio too.

  • Absolutely. Our packages are designed so you can bring the Allure look to your day and style it yourself.

    We'll drop your package at the venue or you can collect from the studio, and the setting out is then over to you or your venue team.

    If you'd love everything placed and styled for you, that's where our styling service comes in, and we're always happy to chat about what that could look like.

  • Yes. Our packages work just as beautifully for birthdays, private dinners and brand events as they do for weddings. Send us your date and what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's available.

  • We love coming up with bespoke designs. Simply let us know you’d like a bespoke design and Alice and Sarah will put something together based on your vision. This will include stationery + decor to style your day. If you want more styling support our Styling Services are for you.

  • Our prop hire packages are designed for DIY couples. So we always encourage you, a family member or your venue to help with set up. However, if you would really like a stylist there to help set up, please let us know as we may open up some limited availability for this throughout the year.
